We love this natural wine festival! It’s the local event of the year, featuring all the members of Terres de Gaillac and their friends from near and far.

Terres de Gaillac is an association of artisanal producers committed to organic farming, biodynamic agriculture and natural wine. The association was created in 2006 by Patrice Lescarret (Causse Marines) and Bernard Plageole to connect producers who share their values and principles: qualitative yields, manual harvests, natural yeasts, zero inputs, minimum added sulfites etc. The group advocates for viticulture that protects terroirs and living wines in the face of all the technical processesused by winemakers today (thermo-vinification, oak chips, synthetic yeasts…) Their approach defined in a strict charter for quality adhered to by all members. Thanks to its dynamism and ethics, the Terres de Gaillac is attracting more and more newcomers into the appellation.
