Melanie arrived in Gaillac from the Jura via Germany, Britain, Australia and America. She is dedicated to revealing the pure, authentic flavours of rare and local grape varieties.

Duncan grew up at Château de Mayragues, a beautifully restored medieval castle and the 1st biodynamic vineyard in Gaillac. He qualified as an architect but soon came back to the family estate to craft a fine line of natural wines.

In 2012, Gregory saved the last family plot in Gaillac to give new life to old memories: the joy of the harvest, the alchemy in the winery, the taste of the terroir he knows so well.

Born in the Loire, Kevin bought this biodynamic farm in the Quercy region in 2015. He produces fresh, deep, terroir-driven wines when he’s not chasing his British Blonde cows.

With their winery in Vaour and plots in different places, Philippe & Sandrine are always on the move. Today, this polyvalent farmer is concentrating wholly on his grapes and taking his elemental wines into another sphere.

The Laurent family have been making wines without artifice for 40 years. After travelling the world, Pierre-Olivier and Pauline are raising their own family at Cantalauze, along with outstanding natural wines.

Muriel is the only natural winemaker in her appellation and one of the best loved in region. She farms organically, vinifies naturally and works with an array of different vessels, including Georgian qvevri buried underground.
