About the winemaker
Amandine Boissel is the 4th generation at Domaine de Brousse. After 15 years in Paris, she came back home to Gaillac to express herself in supple, spicy signature wines. The estate received organic certification in 2019: “It was the condition for my return. It just meant growing grapes without artificial chemicals. No herbicides or pesticides. It didn’t change anything in the winery. We’ve always made wines using indigenous yeasts and very little sulfites, quite simply, like my grandfather.”
