Precise and elegant Pet-Nat from Domaine de Ribonnet, just South of Toulouse. Smells just like the sunny Southwest: a bouquet of hawthorn, acacia and orange blossom, hints of liquid honey. A really fresh and lively tasting experience a juicy-fruity quince heart. 85% Chenin and 15% Viognier.
Viognier (less than 7g/l sugar blended with fermented Chenin). 2nd fermentation in the bottle. 8 months on the lees.
