Charles Bonnafont is the president of the association Terres de Gaillac: a biologist, oenologist and farmer with a 360° vision of the vine. He combines biodynamic principles with traditional farming wisdom to craft fresh, balanced wines that reveal all the energy of his terroir. He will by joined by Florence, a dedicated member of the association Nature & Progrès as well as Terres de Gaillac…Together they will give us a taste of Gaillac in its full mind-blowing range.
