Pop-up wine & cheese tasting with Melanie Kröber a.k.a Melsolo

Mélanie arrived in Gaillac from the Jura via Germany, the UK, Australia and America. Her journey from market researcher to cheesemonger to fine natural winemaker is an inspiration: not always an easy trip but one that’s given definitive shape and personality to her wines. Today she leases 3 hectares from Patrice Lescarret at Causse Marines in Vieux, and recently released her 4th vintage (2022): 4 wines from 4 different plots that reveal the pure and authentic flavours of local grape varieties.
