About the Winemaker
Gregory likes to save things and make them last. In 2012, he saved the last family plot to give new life to old memories: the joy of the harvest, the alchemy in the winery, the taste of the terroir he knows so well. He farms 4 hectares at Pech del Cel in between his job at the bank. The symbol of the estate is a barn owl or a chouette in French, a symbol of truth, the emblem of Cahuzac-sur-Vère and a tribute to this terroir on the Cordes Plateau. Since 2020, Gregory’s wife Laure has been working full-time at the estate too, linking past and future through a signature collection of well-crafted natural wines.
